This is my submission for the Gears of War 3 contest. I was inspired by the fact that this game would be the first in the series to have playable female characters.
Anya is using the flamethrower, Scorcher, and she is battling a Wretch and a Lambent. I used a Tomb Raider image as a reference for the pose.
